American Tennis legend Serena Williams wins her first career French Open with the score of 7-5, and 6-3.
Her opponent was her older sister, Venus Williams. This would spark an intense family rivalry, as the sisters would face off in four straight finals: The 2002 French Open, 2002 Wimbledon, 2002 US Open, and finally the 2003 Australian Open. Serena would win all 4 matchups.

The Hole-In-One 32 Years In The Making!
YouTube Golf powerhouse āBob Does Sportsā just hit their first Hole-In-One on their channel, and it was pure electricity!
An unconventional sports story for you today but I guess thatās just what we are. Today weāre going into the world of Youtube Sports!
Sports content creation has come a long way from Dude Perfect (who I believe are the founding fathers of Sports content on the internet). We now have channels dedicated to basketball, football, soccer, golf, and so many more.
One of the biggest golf channels in the game is āBob Does Sportsā. Itās the trio of golfers Robby Berger (Bob), Joey Cold Cuts (Joey), and Fat Perez (FP). Right out of the gate, you can tell thereās something different about this Motley Crew. Along with editors āThe Jetā and āTicketā, this crew of 5 had a monumental day on the golf course that just got released on YouTube on Thursday.
It was the 147-yard Par 3, 5th Hole at PGA National Golf Course in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Bob, the one who just three years ago started Bob Does Sports hit the channelās first Hole In One! In the landscape of golf content creators, there have only been two or three Hole In-Oneās recorded.
Yes, the video of the shot is phenomenal! The reaction from all 5 of the fellas is great, but I just want to take a bit to share a little bit about Bobās story! (Link to HOLE IN ONE)
After a half-decade stint at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles, where he worked his way up from doorman to the front desk. Bob Berger knew that the front desk was not the long-term solution for him. He was reaching the end of his 20s, had built a small following on social media posting videos of himself telling stories, and wanted to take that to the next level.
One day at the Hotel the evening restaurant manager, Joey, came to Bob and asked him what he thought of the music level coming from the restaurant. In classic Bob fashion, he said, āI think itās absolutely fantasticā. Joey loved the energy and said, āYou and me are going to get along just great.ā
Thatās a common reaction for people after meeting Bob. In any interview you always see him making someone laugh, and in High School, he won the award, āMost likely to brighten up your dayā.
After a couple of weeks, Bob invited Joe to play golf with him for his YouTube channel. They filmed a 1v1 9-hole match, it shit the bed, and obviously, they gave up after thatā¦
No. They posted videos again, and again, and again. Suddenly they had some random editor (āThe Jetā) DMāing them on Instagram making edits for them for free, and a golfer ten times better than themselves (Fat Perez) saying heād love to play a round. Suddenly the core was formed, all stemming from Bobās vision.
Bob Does Sports is now one of the most successful Golf channels on YouTube, with 770,000 subscribers in just 3 years. Theyāre having fun, doing what they love, and making a living.
Bob, some would say the worst of the three golfers, just hit his and the channel's first-ever Hole-In-One. A shot 32 years in the making. Bob is a living embodiment of pursuing what you love. Shoutout to you Bob! Hereās to the next one! ā³ļø
