LeBron and Steph: A Golden Connection

Team USA gets set to begin their quest for Olympic gold, and they’ll only go as far as these two heated rivals will take them!

After years of battling on the court, the two NBA superstars are finally playing on the same team, and the rest of the world should be scared.

It’s no question that these two guys are two of the best to ever do it in the NBA. Curry completely changed the game of basketball and James is the type of athlete that the game may never see again and is undoubtedly in the GOAT conversation.

For years these two were the boogie men in the Eastern and Western Conferences, respectively. James and the Cavs would often strut their way into the Finals from the East and Curry and the three-headed (sometimes four) monster would run through the West. It was inevitable for these two super stars to meet year after year.

Finally, these two are playing together. Let me tell you, it’s magical. Curry’s ability to shoot combined with LeBron’s high level basketball IQ and passing is something that basketball lifers may shed a tear watching when combined. This is Curry’s first appearance on the Olympic team, but he looks like he’s been playing international basketball for years.

Team USA is the presumptive favorite heading into the Olympics in Paris, but they’ve been leaning on the two legends throughout their exhibition matches and tune up games. The both of them have looked lethal, especially when they are on the court together.

I can’t imagine what it feels like to be someone like Bosnia lining up across from two of the GOATS in basketball history. I’d imagine there’s a little pee going down their legs. I would need to wear a diaper.
