THE DAILY STUMPED🔮

ON THIS DAY 🗓️

On this day in 1988…

The Baltimore Orioles set an AL Record with 21 straight losses to start their 1988 campaign. 0-21 to start the season. A record that still stands in the American League today!

The only team to top that are the 1961 Phillies with 23 consecutive losses.

STUMP STORY OF THE DAY✍️

In-Depth Draft Analysis…Just Kidding, Here are the 7 Coolest Names!

These guys deserved to get drafted based off of their names alone, regardless of how they pan out, announcers are going to have a field day calling these guys’ highlight plays on Sundays!

Round 1, Pick 21 (Miami Dolphins): Chop Robinson (EDGE - Penn State)

Round 2, Pick 34 (Los Angeles Rams): Ladd McConkey (WR - Georgia)

Round 2, Pick 41 (New Orleans Saints): Kool-Aid McKinstry (CB - Alabama)

Round 3, Pick 77 (Las Vegas Raiders): Delmar Glaze (OT - Maryland)

Round 4, Pick 112 (Las Vegas Raiders): Decamerion Richardson (CB - Miss St.)

Round 5, Pick 141 (Buffalo Bills): Sedrick Van Pran-Granger (C - Georgia)

Round 5, Pick 170 (New Orleans Saints): Bub Means (WR - Pittsburgh)

Some of these names seem straight out of the Key & Peele sketch! But, they are not, they are all 100% real! Are we suckers for good names, we absolutely are. And do we think that it would be cool to hear Scott Hansen say, “What a catch! Bub. Means. Business”, we absolutely do.

But until then, hope the draft went successfully for you and yours!

🎙️SONG OF THE DAY

Desperado - Eagles 🦅

Wanted to go with an Eagles song today so that narrowed it down to about 50! Got one of their slower songs today! Don Henley sings it live on The Howard Stern Show which is phenomenal! 🔽
