TNT Double-Header for the ages last night! Knicks score 8 points in 27 seconds and then JAMAL MURRAY goes nuts in the fourth and adds a cherry on top buzzer-beater. Both teams go up 2-0! The great thing about the playoffs is that the hangover cure is more games tonight! Let’s GO!

STUMP STORY OF THE DAY✍️
Dominance at its Finest🏌️♀️
While the whole world is watching the men’s side of the PGA as Scottie Scheffler dominates the competition, the LPGA is experiencing a similar level of historic dominance.
Nelly Korda, who capped off her win yesterday at the Chevron Championship in Texas with a leap into the pond next to the 18th green, has won five straight starts. She joins LPGA Hall of Famers Nancy Lopez (1978) and Annika Sorenstam (2004-2005) as the only LPGA Golfers to ever win five straight starts. For reference, Tiger Woods, Byron Nelson, and Ben Hogan are the only men who have achieved the feat.
You may think that Korda has been dominant since the beginning of her career, due to her name recognition and recent success, but that’s not the case. Following her 2021 four-win campaign, which included her first major title, Korda went winless in 2022 and 2023. In 2022, she was sidelined for six months following emergency surgery for a blood clot in her arm. She had ten top-10 finishes last year but could not break through.
Korda heard the outside voices, the doubters, the question marks. Many were unsure if she was ever going to win a major event again. With yesterday’s win, she officially put that to bed. She credits her team around her for marching back to glory. On her way back after her surgery, she went to work with her coach and physio to ensure that she’d be in the best shape possible.
Korda has seen success unlike many others have seen on the women's side of golf. She is must-see TV. Crowds follow her throughout the week, and some of the largest galleries the PGA has seen in years attend weekly to root her on. Her title run gave a jolt to their TV audience, and NBC stayed with the coverage past the ending of their local window to ensure the nation saw her win.
She has won four consecutive scheduled events, which ties the LGPA record. She became the first World No. 1 to win an LGPA major since Lydia Ko in 2016. Korda looks to break her record ties this weekend at the JM Eagle LA Open at the Wilshire Country Club in LA.
Korda is a generational talent that is providing a resurgence for women’s golf unlike many others have done before. Her sister, Jessica, is also an LGPA tour member. The Korda’s look to bring the LPGA into the forefront of golfing popularity, much like the Williams sisters did for women’s tennis.

🗣️ Quote of the Day
“I am inevitable.“
This is meant for Scottie Scheffler and Scottie Scheffler only! This guy is on a historic run. It doesn’t matter how far back he is, what the weather is like, or how well he’s hitting it, he ALWAYS finds a way. If you can’t seem to get into his dominance and you’re a hater, it looks like you’re going to be salty for a LONG time.

Glue Guy of the Day👷🚧
Morning Cup of Joe
Those of us who are coffee drinkers, this is the epitome of GLUE. The “don’t talk to me until I’ve had my coffee”, the rush after that liquid gold hits, the rise and shine sensation you get, it’s all because of that morning cup of joe. Don’t know where some of us would be without it!
